Ah, yes, the heavy lifting can do that. I'm thinking that 4 weeks should be enough; plus, the prospect of getting out on the slopes has got to have a positive healing effect! Good luck.

For the life of me I couldn't figure out what the heck happened. I woke up Tuesday morning and I couldn't move and then it dawned on me that I was moving large chunks of stone and cement in my backyard, so that and the doing quite a bit of boat work the last few days threw my back into a twisted pretzel of pain. I was scheduled to go tomorrow but I think 2-4 weeks should be enough time to get me back on the board and don't think I didn't consider the old medical "oregano" heheheh.

What did you do to your back? And what are you smoking to think that a "totally destroyed" back will be ready to snowboard in a "few weeks"? :)

Cool looking board, there. Congrats to the young scholar!
