Putting the X Back in Geek Flix!
This seems to be a great year for movie snobs like me. Although 2008 has started off a little on the slow side, it’s really gearing up for the possibility of movie greatness and fun.
For the Geek: Iron Man, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, The Incredible Hulk, The X-Files 2, Choke, Pineapple Express, Death Race, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
For the Geek with Kids: Speed Racer, Wall-E, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
For the Intellectual Geek: Where In the World Is Osama Bin Laden?, Smart People, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
For the Romantic Geek: Sex and the City, Zach and Miri Make a Porno
And, just because I’m such a hardcore X-Files fan, here’s the teaser poster for the upcoming movie, which sent shivers down my spine when I saw it:

Cool shadow idea, but shadows don’t work like that. I guess there’s some kind of supernatural force making the light act unnaturally?
