Busy Bee

Posted by Scott in Family, School

So, Mr. J is definitely utilizing his time as a kinder to get the most done in life besides playing outside, watching TV, and video games. He is now booked on Tuesdays with soccer, Wednesdays with Kidnastics, and then takes an extra class after school on Fridays in EspaƱol. He’s starting to make my schedule look easy! Although today I did finish my calc. test and final and we’ll see how that turns out on Wednesday. J’s bike riding is going good but we difinitely need to be out doing more as the days get warmer and longer. The Mrs. is doing great with no more knee or lip problems and is back to work on a full schedule. My Devry semester is winding down this week so new classes to talk about after next week and Long Beach City is moving along. A new offer came back from a local big game company and after a nice phone conversation with the hiring manager she asked me to come in after my semester and new schedule starts up. More on that if and when it develops. Maybe my game will finally get the start it needs.

Somewhat Interesting Nugget of the Day: “Busy Bee” is actually a pretty good song by the early nineties band Ugly Kid Joe which can be found on their first full-length album titled America’s Least Wanted.

Just doing my part to keep the metal in current circulation. UKJ actually put out two more albums after that called Menace to Sobriety and Motel California both of which are pretty decent.

I didn’t think there was much big game running around so cal anymore… Are you going to be taking out the last of the mountain lion?

  4. Curly Says:

You mean this company makes elephants and lions and such? (”big game company”)

  5. Mark Says:

I find myself in the awkward position of being on the same wavelength as Curly. Zoinks.
